Super cool building, with lots of unique touches. The staff are amazingly nice and helpful. All of the outdoor places make you want to explore.

- Excellent service. Everybody was helpful and friendly - It is probably the best breakfast I have ever seen in any hotel and I have been in many - Suitable for short vacations but not for business - The suite with the private terraze is something to see. Do not expect luxury, it is a simple hotel but it is clean and properly manteined even though the construction is old. The location in San Telmo is good enough. It would be difficult to find better service anywhere else.

The couple that run this little BnB are very lovely. The space and building itself is incredible! Very comfortable, great, great place to stay.

location, there are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. eg on Caseros (rest Caseros) or on Estados Unidos (la Brigada). Dorrego square is 5 minutes walk away. Good bus connection to La Boca, Retiro, Palermo. good breakfast friendly staff good air conditioning nice public area Wifi we stayed at the apartment(#309 KURT), where the bathroom was a little on the small side. we also stayed one night at the sister Bonito Boutique hotel in the Monserrat district. The hotel has also nice rooms but we liked the San Telmo district better.
